About Our Beers
M.E. & SUZIE’S have our own beers brewed for the restaurant from our own recipes by the Better Bitters Brewing Co. in Burlington.
Both of our beers are made with three kinds of Canadian and imported malts, fresh whole leaf hops grown right here in Elgin County, water, specially selected yeast and nothing else. No preservatives, un-pasteurized, and naturally carbonated through a four week aging process.
